On December 10, 2015, the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) released a new report entitled, Telehealth: Policy Trends and Considerations at a session of the NCSL capitol forum in Washington, D.C. The report is the product of a year-long effort involving state legislators, staff and industry representatives. The report addresses three major areas: coverage and reimbursement, licensure, and safety and security.
