Browse resources to prepare for telehealth
We are excited to introduce a new set of online training opportunities designed to support community members, staff, and service providers who help others navigate technology, healthcare, and essential services.
These self-paced trainings focus on three core skill areas: digital navigation, motivational interviewing, and culturally responsive care. Together, they build practical skills for helping people access online tools, engage in virtual care, communicate with empathy, and provide care that honors each person’s culture, lived experience, and community context.
Whether you are supporting youth, working directly with community members, or strengthening your own communication and engagement skills, these trainings are designed to meet you where you are.
Participants can choose the learning pathway that best fits their role and interests. Certificates of completion are available for each pathway.
