Telehealth laws and licensure requirements for the Federated States of Micronesia
The Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) do not currently have any laws relating to telehealth.
Currently there are no mention of licensure requirements for providers outside of the FSM to care for patients in the FSM via telehealth.
The Federated States of Micronesia has extended their COVID-19 Public Health Emergency until May 31, 2022. The Declaration does not contain any provisions or waivers on telehealth or licensure.
